Contract Terms and Conditions
MusicMakers is not responsible for any non-fulfilment of contracts by the Engager or the Artiste, but every reasonable safeguard is assured.
If for any valid reason, the artiste(s) can not fulfil this agreement the Engager will be offered an alternative. The final decision of accepting an alternative will remain with the
Engager.
THE CLIENT:
- Is liable to pay 50% of contracted fee if cancellation is made within 50 days of the performance date.
- Is liable to pay contracted fee in full if cancellation is made within 28 days of the performance date.
- Should the agrement be cancelled by the Engager with seven days of signing for any reason whatsoever, a service charge equal to 25% of the fee will become payable.
MusicMakers will not accept responsibility for the non-fulfilment of a contract on the part of the Venue, Artiste, Engager or any other party, howsoever caused. This notwithstanding, the Engager
willl not be liable for payment of fees if the Artiste doe not fulfil the contract as stated.
THE ARTISTE:
The Artiste assures the client that they and members of the Act will conduct themselves in a professional manner throughout the entire engaement.
The Artiste will arrive at the Venue punctually. Any delay will be advised immediately to the venue.
The Artiste is responsible and must provide their own Public Liability Insurance.
Any future engagements arising from this booking must be negotiated via MusicMakers. Any enquiries received whilst at the venue must be forwarded to MusicMakers. The exchange of private cards,
telephone numbers, email and the distribution of any publicity material bearing such information is prohibited.
